Photo Monopods

A monopod is a type of camera support that consists of a single pole or staff, typically with a tripod mount on the top for attaching the camera. Monopods are typically used in situations where a tripod is not practical or would be too cumbersome, such as when shooting in tight spaces or moving quickly from one location to another. They provide some of the stability and support of a tripod, but are more lightweight and portable. Some monopods also have adjustable legs and other features, such as built-in spikes for added stability on uneven ground.
