Remote radio shutter release, cable shutter release, programmable shutter release
Useable as a radio shutter release up to 100m range, as a cable shutter release without receiver part, then connected directly to the camera, or as a programmable shutter release with presetting of intervals, time to start and number of releases. Interval and long time exposure are possible up to 100 hours. Trigger counter up to 399. Transmission frequency 2.4 GHz. Power supply each with 2x AAA micro batteries in transmitter and receiver
Self-timer with adjustable delay (DELAY)

Interval shutter release (INTVL)
The interval trigger can be set in steps of seconds up to 99 hours, 99 minutes and 99 seconds. If it is set to 10 minutes, for example, then the camera will automatically trigger once every 10 minutes.
Long exposure (LONG)
This corresponds to the former function "B". The camera shutter can remain open for up to 99 hours, 99 minutes and 99 seconds, depending on the setting.
Shutter release counter (N)
This can be used to limit the number of shutter releases up to 399.

Operating instructions for B.I.G. WTC-2 camera radio trigger multifunction (corresponds to Olympus RM-CB2)
The set consists of a transmitter/handset, a receiver to plug onto the camera and the respective connection cable for your camera (included in the set or sold separately depending on the item number, see packaging).
With the set, you can trigger your camera remotely by radio, pre-programme when triggers are to take place, set time intervals and also determine the number of triggers in each case. If you do not want to use the radio function, you can also connect the transmitter/handheld unit directly to your camera with the connection cable and do without the receiver.

Inserting the batteries
Open the battery compartment cover on the handset by sliding it and insert 2x micro/AAA type batteries. If the battery voltage is too low, the indicator (4) flashes in the display and the batteries should be replaced with fresh ones. Open the battery compartment cover of the receiver by sliding it sideways and insert 2x batteries type micro/AAA there as well. Make sure that the batteries are inserted in the correct direction. In each battery compartment you will find a marking for + and -.
ON/OFF
On the receiver and transmitter you will find an ON/OFF switch. Please switch off when not in use to save energy. Otherwise, the receiver will be constantly on standby.
DELAY
Under the DELAY cursor, you can set the time that should elapse before the action is started. This is especially helpful if the whole action is not to start immediately, but only seconds, minutes or hours later.
LONG
Under the cursor LONG, the time can be set for how long the triggering should take place. For single shots, a few seconds are certainly enough, especially if the autofocus is deactivated. But if, for example, automatic exposure series are shot with the camera, several seconds are certainly necessary. Here, an individual assessment is required.
Recommendation: Better set longer than too short. Especially when taking pictures with little light, the exposure time can otherwise be longer than the specified shutter release time.
INTVL
Interval time until the start of a new interval, start of a new action. Here the interval is not calculated from the end of the last interval, but from its start. Example: INTVL 30 seconds, Long 10Sec, means that after completion of the "10 seconds LONG", the new interval will already start in 20 seconds.
N
Number of set interval repetitions
Sound icon
Tone signal for control during the triggering time
Channel selector switch on transmitter and receiver
4 channels selectable to control different cameras
LOCK
Press lock button for about 5 seconds, LOCK symbol appears and blocks unwanted adjustment of values.
BATTERY
Battery indicator that first appears when battery power is low and then flashes.
Power supply Transmitter and receiver each 2x Micro/AAA batteries.
BULB
When the camera is set to "B", the shutter release can be used for long exposures. The shutter can be released by pushing the shutter release button on the transmitter forward or by pressing the shutter release button with the thumb. The exposed time can be read on the display of the transmitter.
Use as cable release
If the release cable to the camera is not plugged into the receiver but directly into the transmitter, the transmitter part can also be used directly as a cable release.
