The BY-BM2021 offers an actual plug-and - play design that mounts directly to the shoe mount of your camera without the need for battery. The polar supercardioid pattern focuses audio capture straight in front of the microphone, reducing other surrounding sounds and background noise.
The microphone is made with ABS plastic material, and features a shock mount to withstand vibrations that cause noise. The windscreen filled with foam helps to reduce the wind noise.
