Fujifilm INSTAX Mini EVO

The Instax Mini EVO combines analogue and digital photography. You can take a picture and print it straight away, you can select the one you want to print from the pictures you have taken, or print them repeatedly, up to 50 pictures in your print history, or you can link it to your phone and use the camera as a photo printer from your phone's memory.

You can also edit your photos. You can select one of 10 lens filters on the dial located on the lens ring, and one of 10 film effects on the dial next to the display on the back. You can create up to 100 different combinations. You can also choose from two different print modes. Instax Rich emphasises warm tones and rich colours, while Instax Natural emphasises the natural shades of the image. You can check the scene, the resulting photos and select images on the 3" LCD display.

Mini EVO is the first ever Instax camera to feature a print trigger lever. You can also use your phone as a remote shutter release to press the shutter button, which you'll appreciate for group shots.

You can connect your phone (running Android/iOS) to the camera via Bluetooth (version 4.2). You can update the camera's firmware via your phone, and use the Instax mini EVO app to expand the creative possibilities even further. The DIRECT PRINT function lets you print photos from your phone and turn the EVO into a printer, while the SAVE PRINTED IMAGES function lets you save images you've taken with the camera to your phone. These will be decorated with a classic frame and you can also easily share them on social media. The camera prints images at a resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels.

You can print up to 100 images on a single battery charge, and it takes 16 seconds to print a single photo (23 seconds in Rich mode). Internal storage offers a capacity of 45 images, and you can also store photos directly in the camera on a microSD card with a maximum capacity of 1GB (approx. 850 images).
