Kipon Adapter from Minolta AF Lens to Sony FZ Camera

More and more people are using cameras with interchangeable lenses. As a result, standard combinations of cameras and lenses can no longer meet the increasingly demanding requirements of ambitious and professional photographers.

With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can mix and match cameras and lenses to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used with different camera and lens manufacturers. KIPON, on the other hand, has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the various adapters, KIPON offers its customers the freedom to combine cameras and lenses individually.

With the KIPON MAF-F3 adapter, lenses with Minolta AF mount, as well as Sony A mount, can be connected to Sony FZ series cameras as well as the F3, F5 and F55. Please note that when using the adapter, only manual mode can be used when shooting, although the focus setting at infinity is available. There is an aperture control ring on the adapter that allows the adapter to manually adjust the aperture.

Since all Canon EOS models automatically set the aperture, once the adapter is mounted, the aperture is set to the largest possible setting. The KIPON R EOS E adapter includes electronic access points that allow the camera lens and camera to interact electronically. An external aperture control box can be connected to monitor the aperture value and focal length. The aperture value and focal length can also be adjusted with the additional knob on the external device control box. Without the control box, the aperture can only be adjusted by the knob on the side of the adapter, and you cannot read the value for aperture and focal length.

All KIPON adapters are CNC machined, this ensures the highest precision and quality. All adapters are made of brass or aluminum alloy.

Please note that not all camera models and lenses are compatible with this adapter. Please be especially careful when trying to use an adapter with wide angle and fisheye lenses. If you have any questions about compatibility, please contact your dealer.
