The SIRUI RX-75B levelling hemisphere is used to level the mounted head. It is the counterpart to the RX-75A hemisphere of the RX tripods and can therefore be used with these tripods.
The hemisphere also fits the SIRUI BCT-2003 and BCT-2203 broadcast tripods of the BCT series.
The inconvenient alignment by means of the tripod legs is no longer necessary with the levelling hemisphere. Especially for panoramas and when using 3D tripod heads, the head rest must be level. Video cameras used with a video head should also be mounted on a level head mounting plate for panning.
The handle of the levelling hemisphere ideally serves as a plumb bob during alignment. For exact adjustment, the hemisphere can be tilted +/- 10° on all sides.
