With this model, 7Artisans introduces its first autofocus lens. It is a compact, durable, and bright 50mm prime lens with an STM stepping motor for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras. It impresses with fast response, balanced optical performance, and compact size – making it an ideal portrait lens for mirrorless systems.

The bright f/1.8 aperture produces beautifully soft bokeh, allowing subjects to stand out even in low light conditions.

The silent AF motor makes it perfect for video recording as well. Its optical construction of 11 elements in 9 groups ensures excellent contrast and sharpness. A 62 mm filter thread is available on the front for screw-in filters. The lens supports both automatic and manual focus as well as face and eye detection.
