1. Highly functional control unit that supports the Nissin NAS wireless communication system
This controller uses wireless communication to remotely trigger various Fujifilm EF-60 system flash functions, including TTL mode, manual mode, and high-speed FP synchronization. The unit can control multiple remote flash units at the same time using various settings in up to four groups. The control unit and remote flash units communicate via radio control. This means that remote flashes can be placed in remote positions or completely out of direct sight of the control unit. The system can be used in bright ambient light, which gives more freedom than with a conventional optical communication system. Fujifilm EF-W1 uses NAS (Nissin Air System) for wireless controlled communication. This means that the controller ensures that the X and GFX series digital cameras are compatible not only with the Fujifilm EF-60, but also with a range of NAS-based flash units offered by Nissin Japan Ltd
2. Improved power control in 1/3 EV increments with a minimum output of 1/256
The Fujifilm EF-W1 allows you to control the output in 1/3 EV increments in both TTL and Manual modes. When using manual mode, the output level can be reduced up to 1/256. This ability to fine-tune flash output provides more control and allows the photographer to better express their creativity.
