Fujifilm Instax SQ1 is the successor to the popular SQ6 model. It differs from it by a redesigned design in a unisex style and simpler operation with automatic scene adjustment. It is turned on by simply turning the lens, the second rotation activates Selfie mode.
Simple, fast and efficient is to turn on the camera by simply turning the lens, the second rotation activates Selfie mode.
The camera can recognize the scene itself and set the optimal values for the correct exposure. If the camera considers that more light is needed, it illuminates the scene with the built-in flash.
The square format is gaining in popularity
Square photographs 62 x 62 mm are inserted on Instax film material size 86 x 72 mm. It takes approximately 90 seconds to recall one finished image. You can print approximately 300 photos on two CR2 batteries.
Selfie mode, or yourself or all together
Rotate the lens ring twice to activate selfie mode, allowing the camera to focus at a shorter distance of about 30 to 50 cm.
SQ1 is simply ingenious and fast for taking photos with friends at any party.
The mirror ensures 100% results
A small mirror is located next to the camera lens. Practical for taking selfi photos. The mirror will "tell" you what will be in the picture. This is exactly how you can compose before pressing the camera shutter button.

The long-developed lens of this camera has finally been adapted so that you can take great photos with the camera at a party, when taking portraits or during a family trip to the zoo. The lens with a focus of about 65 mm and an aperture of f / 12.6 offers a focusing distance from 30 cm to infinity, so you can shoot really anything.
