JJC ACA-01 Autofocus Calibration Aid is a focus test chart, which is specially designed for cameras with "AF Fine Tune" or "AF Micro Adjustment" function. It allows you to test the autofocus performance of your camera and helps you fine-tune the autofocus function of your camera and lens. The Autofocus Calibration Aid comes with a built-in bubble level for keeping itself on the level. It also features a 1/4"-20 tripod socket for mounting it on a tripod. JJC ACA-01 Autofocus Calibration Aid Instruction Manual
- Open JJC ACA-01 Autofocus Calibration Aid and Lock it in the upright position
- Mount the autofocus Calibration Aid on the tripod or place it on a flat surface.
- In a bright and even lighting condition, shoot the target of autofocus calibration aid with "autofocus mode" and "large aperture". (Note: when shooting, please try to keepo the camera and target at the same level)
- View the image on the camera LCD or on a computer and zoom to maximum magnification, checking the position of focus. If your camera focus systém is accurate, the focus falls on “0” of the ruler. If your camera focus system shifts, the focus falls on the other scale. Besides, the sharpest reading is the focus deviation value of the camera/lens.

Choose the “AF Fine Tune” or “AF Micro Adjustment” option of your camera's menu, an adjust forward or back according to the sharpest reading on the ruler showed in the image.

Shoot a second image and review to verify the focus adjustment .
