Kipon Adapter from Contarex Lens to Fuji X Camera

More and more people are using cameras with interchangeable lenses. As a result, standard combinations of cameras and lenses can no longer meet the increasingly demanding requirements of ambitious and professional photographers.

With the introduction of lens adapters, photographers now have full control over the individuality of their equipment. They can mix and match cameras and lenses to best meet their needs. While some camera manufacturers have developed their own adapters, these cannot be used with different camera and lens manufacturers. KIPON, on the other hand, has produced over 400 camera adapters. With the various adapters, KIPON offers its customers the freedom to combine cameras and lenses individually.

The KIPON CRX-FX adapter can be used to connect Carl Zeiss f. Contarex series lenses to FUJI X series mirrorless cameras. Please note that when using the adapter, only manual mode can be used when shooting, although the focus setting is available at infinity. Contarex lenses normally cannot control the aperture manually, only the camera itself can regulate the aperture. After mounting this adapter, the silver aperture control ring on the adapter can be used to adjust the aperture. For the aperture value, refer to the aperture values on the aperture ring.

All KIPON adapters are CNC milled, thus highest precision and quality can be guaranteed. All adapters are made of brass or aluminum alloy.

Please note that not all camera models and lenses are compatible with this adapter. Please be especially careful when trying to use an adapter with wide angle and fisheye lenses. If you have any questions about compatibility, please contact your dealer.
