The Metz FGH 40-60 external flash holder is designed for use with Metz Easy Softboxes. The holder is suitable for most flashes with a hotshoe socket. The height of the flash can be adjusted so that the flash head is located directly behind the hole. The adapter can be attached to a classic studio tripod with a 5/8 pin.
